Simon Dolby - Simon is chief executive and manager of the Kent and Medway Charity Team. He comes from a business and journalism background and is a founder member of the charity.

Karen Brinkman - Karen is the charity's team leader and also a walk to school project officer and event manager. Karen can assist schools and parent groups to launch walking buses, WOW and Walking Bug schemes and advise sponsors on the benefits of supporting the project.

Natalie Spain - As web editor Natalie is responsible for content on the KM Charity Team's websites.She also writes newspaper stories and liaises with the KM Group's news desks to obtain coverage across the county.

Clare Holmes - Clare Holmes is project administrator, which involves a range of duties including co-ordination of fundraising events like abseils, water zorbing and dragon boat races. She also supports the walk to school team and assists the book-keeper with invoicing and other financial procedures.

Andrea Taft - Andrea job shares with Clare Holmes as project administrator. She also helps with the press cuttings database, co-ordinates and supports volunteers with this role and other office tasks. Andrea is also responsible for ordering walk to school tabards, dealing with order requests from schools and processing certificates for road safety skills tests.

Daniel Bromley - Daniel designs and publishes the charity's e-newsletters, posters and other graphic design related work. He also manages many behind the scenes operations including the database, Twitter and Facebook pages.
Lynze Hillier-Pett - Lynze is an event and fundraising assistant responsible for getting local attractions to provide offers for Buster’s Birthday Club, which gives exclusive discounts for parents including birthday treats. She also sources competition prizes and special offers for the three newsletters the KM Charity Team produces.
